Bill Rennie
Vice President

Bill joined RAM in March of 2004 as Public Affairs Director for the Association. In May of 2007, he was promoted to Vice President, the position he currently holds. 

Bill is a registered Massachusetts lobbyist advocating on behalf of RAM members before all branches of Massachusetts state government.  His responsibilities also include coordinating media and public relations for the Association.

Prior to coming to RAM, Bill spent nine years working in the Massachusetts House of Representatives, the last four of those years serving as the Legislative Liaison for the House Committee on Ways and Means, under former Chairman John H. Rogers.  He began his work on Beacon Hill as a legislative aide to former State Representative Paul R. Haley, and later worked under both Chairman Haley and Rogers for eight years at House Ways and Means.  Bill is a former elected Town Meeting Member in the Town of Weymouth and has worked on many successful election campaigns.

He graduated from Merrimack College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Political Science.  Bill, his wife Kate and their daughters Erin and Fiona live in Weymouth, Massachusetts, where he currently serves as an appointed member to the Board of Health.
