| RAM and our energy counsel have finalized an agreement on an electricity program for our members. As the industry deregulates and competition increases, RAM seeks to implement a program that will protect our members with their power purchase contracts, give them stability in their rates, and ultimately save them money as we grow the amount of the power purchasing. Like all of our programs, we have been careful to make sure that this program is a negotiated benefit that you otherwise could not get without your RAM membership. The electricity marketplace is a difficult one to predict, and deregulation to date has primarily benefited only large users, not small commercial and residential customers. Yet, if this program is embraced by RAM members, and we work together to enhance our buying clout, we anticipate that our book of business will become more attractive to suppliers with each passing year. The current enrollment period for the Dominion Retail/RAM Electricity Stability Program has closed.
