The Retailers Association of Massachusetts (RAM), established in 1910, is a statewide trade association of over 3,000 member companies.  Our membership ranges from independent “mom and pop” retailers and restaurants to larger regional and national chains.

Currently, RAM is looking for a Membership Sales Director.

Membership Sales Director

We are currently seeking a sales professional to serve as Membership Sales Director. This person will split their time between site visits, their home and our Boston office. RAM provides a variety of benefits to its members and we are looking for someone to recruit new members and encourage them to participate in our membership services. We are looking for a self-starter who can develop, plan and execute a sales program.

Minimum Requirements:

•  Bachelor's Degree
•  3+ years comparable association sales experience
•  Solid organization, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• The ability to travel in your own reliable vehicle
• Efficient in Microsoft Office applications, ACT database experience a plus

Position Details:

• This person will be required to travel around the state – Residency in the Greater Boston Area is preferable but not required
• Salary plus commission
• Full health and dental benefits
• No relocation assistance provided
